If you are not completely satisfied with your PRAI products, please contact customerservice@praibeauty.com and we would be happy to assist you.

FOR MOST ITEMS WE OFFER TWO WAYS TO INITIATE A RETURN:

Email customerservice@praibeauty.com and we will send you a label. $6 will be deducted from your total refunded amount to cover the shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Fill out the form on the bottom of your invoice and ship to the address below via your own preferred carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.

Items of the same price, excluding any discount, are eligible for an exchange.

Any products that are nearly empty, tampered and filled with other substances are not refundable.

Partial sets or bundles are not eligible for a return — only complete sets.

Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage—dropped, stolen, spilled, mishandled, etc.—are not refundable.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
